Wasn't sure which light I wanted for kitchen, staff were very helpful giving me loads of options. Lights arrived very quick and are of excellent quality, good communication with staff. Highly recommend, would shop here again!

Ok, so I admit I'm hard to please. These guys really went the extra mile to help me find my perfect light. That mile consisted of about half an hour on the shop chat and about 5 minutes on the telephone. The girl's patience was unbelievable (forget your name sorry). Anyway, I'm really pleased with my new copper living room light that I got for a steal. Thanks again!

Customer service outstanding

Excellent service throughout. I chatted with a lady called Sarah using the chat support on the website. I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted and so she guided me through my options and in the end even gave me a bit of a discount. Afterwards she sources the shades I wanted for the light fitting and even recommended light bulbs.

Over all I probably chatted to her 6 times over a week long period and she was super helpful throughout.

This is a great website with great customer service so I will be back

Brilliant shop. Lots of products to choose from i have always been pleased with any product i purchased here. Staff are really nice but i have to say that over the years i have got to know Pauline and her costumer service qualities are superb she is so helpful and friendly. if i don't get in during the year i most definitely call every christmas to see Pauline. Last year Pauline helped me pick a Christmas Tree and it was absolutely beautiful everyone comments on it. Looking forward to my wee trip in this year.

My hubby and I went up to JR lighting one Sunday afternoon, I was totally blown away by the variety the bling and the prices. The staff , as it turned out we dealt with the husband and wife who own the business, and they could not have done more to help us find exactly what we wanted for the various rooms we were buying for. I gave a description of what I had in mind and they gave me some gorgeous choices, and succeeded in getting everything I wanted even some form outside, was very pleased with our wee shopping trip, would highly recommend JR Lighting
