About JR Lighting

JR Lighting is a family run lighting company in Newry in Northern Ireland. Established in 1975, we have extensive experience in the lighting market providing unique decorative lights as well as a wide range of electrical fittings and electrical fixtures. We have been providing lighting in Northern Ireland and lighting in Ireland for over 40 years and pride ourselves on our expertise and customer service.

The company itself is comprised of a lighting department and an electrical sales department both of which are open to the public. We provide both interior and exterior lighting ranging from traditional lights to contemporary lights.

We pride ourselves on our customer service and expertise, with most of our staff having worked with us long-term and can therefore guide our customers through all their requirements starting from the first wiring of their house to the final fixings and fittings.

We have one of the largest online lighting shops in Ireland and the UK with free delivery when you buy from our website on all orders across Ireland and the UK over £75 /€90.

Regular attendance at architectural, commercial and indoor lighting trade shows held in prime locations across the world such as Italy, France and Germany, but to name but a few, ensure that we at the forefront in terms of lighting trends and innovative, cutting-edge design. As such, many of our collections have been designed by ourselves and handmade exclusively for us in Italy, using only the finest quality components.

We provide both commercial and industrial lighting alike and work with specifiers to cater for a diverse range of establishments. We can provide a quote for contracts of all sizes.
